We collect personal information only when you actively provide it:
We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information as part of the membership process.
Your email address is used solely to send:
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Transactional emails are sent via Resend (Resend Inc.). Your email address is transmitted to Resend for delivery purposes only. Resend's privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Membership payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment card data directly and is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only confirmation of successful payment and never see or store card details.
Jolly First complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Commercial electronic messages are sent only to subscribers who have provided express consent by completing the membership signup. Every message includes a working unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by cancelling your membership through the billing portal.
Jolly First does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. No behavioural data is collected from site visitors.
Your email address is retained for the duration of your active membership. When a membership is cancelled, your record is marked inactive. You may request deletion by contacting jp@spets.pro.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact jp@spets.pro to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
